CONISBROUGH CASTLE
Conisbrough Castle is over 800 yrs old. It is the only remaining castle in the country of its type comprising a 6-buttressed circular shape for the keep.
The castle is open to the public having been renovated in 1994 to ensure its continued protection from the elements.
